Matt’s first independent curatorial projects will debut at Maiden Lane Gallery in Kingston, New York. The exhibitions will be on view Saturdays and Sundays, 11 AM to 5 PM, May 9 through June 7, 2026. There will be an artist reception on May 16 from 2-5 PM. In the ground-level gallery, Ruth Lauer Manenti and Alicia Schirrmeister will present photographs, and upstairs, Iliana Arocho will exhibit drawings. Matt will moderate an artist talk related to Surface, Structure, String, a group exhibition of textile artists curated by Richard Saja at Hudson Hall in Hudson, New York. The exhibition will run April–June 2026, and the talk will take place during Upstate Art Weekend on Saturday, June 22, at 11 AM.
